Jeanne Clery Act
The Jeanne Clery Act (“Clery Act”) is a federal law that requires colleges and universities to publish campus crime data, support victims of violence, and provide campus safety policies and procedures to the public. The full text of the Clery Act may be viewed on the Federal Register here.
Each institution is responsible for publishing its Clery Report to its website. To find the Clery Report for your institution please visit the homepage of your institution’s website.

Act 447 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature requires the public postsecondary institutions to publish a Power-Based Violence Crime Statistics Report that contains updated campus security policies and campus crime statistics.
Each institution is required to create and publish the Campus Crime Statistics Report to the homepage of its website on a biannual basis. To find your institution’s report, please visit the homepage of your institution’s website. To locate your institution’s Title IX website, click here.

How does administrative reporting work for Title IX coordinators?
Pursuant to Act 472 of the 2021 Regular Legislative Session and R.S. 17:3399.13.1, Title IX Coordinators must submit administrative reports annually. The Louisiana Board of Regents will compile these reports for an annual statewide Power-Based Violence Data Report.
Title IX Coordinators can download the import template and upload their report on the Coordinators page of this website. The first page of the import template has detailed instructions for using the report template.
